Spattastic!

By popular demand, here is a short between-episodes cast while Neema gets settled in Texas. This is the discussion between Marc Stevens and Michael W. Dean on Free Talk Live, edited without the first and third hours of unrelated stuff, and without the ads.

Regarding this beef: our office now considers the matter closed.

Turn your cash into liberty!

I love all you of you because you care so much about liberty!

Marc sounds somewhat defensive and underneath his defensiveness are unmet needs. I think his unmet needs in this case are respect and perhaps fairness. I’m guessing Michael really cares about people. I wonder if Michael had, instead of apology, addressed Marc’s unmet needs. I believe that would have come across much more authentic and taken himself out of the “right/wrong” game being played. I wish I could know if that would have worked.
