Stephan Kinsella is an intellectual property attorney who hates intellectual property laws. He explains why, and what can be done about it. It’s one of the best chats we’ve heard from him yet.

Derrick J. Freeman and Davi Barker help. Michael W. Dean isn’t there, and Davi is only there sometimes, because some patent somewhere is messing with their Internet.

  1. Mike Cuneo says:

I spoke with Kinsella yesterday about Molyneux and a host of other topics

  2. Anders Heile Hass says:

He did talk about DMCA but not directly about Molyneux and DMCA (he refuted the claim that it was okay for Molyneux to file copyright claim because you agree to youtube service of agreement)

  3. Mike Cuneo says:

This is an awesome episode. Kinsella is awesome.

  4. Gretchen says:

I need to listen to discussions about ISP and cypto-currency over, and over. And over, and over…… The hamster moves too fast to absorb it all.

    • Mike Cuneo says:

It is actually IP (Intellectual Property), not ISP.

Maybe your phone auto corrected or something.

Kinsella is the guy to listen to for IP. His book Against Intellectual Property is a free download at Mises.org. It’s only about 73 pages, well worth reading, and will walk you through it all.
