  1. Finally, this is the episode that I’ve been waiting to hear. The Freedom Feens explain how court systems would work if there was no government or court systems. But first, they explain how you would have to pay a toll on every road that you drove on,except for the tollroads that want your business, he does struggle a bit trying to explain how this would work.
The Feens never really do explain how grievances would be settled without a court, but, at the very last segment of this podcast they address the issue. So, what was their answer? Well, after a short story about how salesman at your door could take over your property if you dropped dead on the spot and nobody was there to claim the property. This presents a problem because , what about family members who would want to claim the property for themselves? In libertarian paradise I guess it would be first come first serve, so how would these disputes be solved?
In the end the Feens answer is……A neighborhood collective! These people would decide who is in the rightful owner and meter out justice according to them. So basically, the final solution would be to form a small community government that looks something like a homeowners association.
