Freedom Feens is a Neema Toad Of Liberty That Gets Stuck In Your Brain and Grows

Michael W. Dean and Neema Vedadi yack poetic with callers like Ben Stone and more about liberty diets, the paleo diet, the wonders of the drone state, the failure of the state, marker problems with SoundForge 9, software bloat, child labor, libertarian autonomous zone suits, the excellent new An-Cap aggregator site, the chilling effect, the great encrypted chat site, and many more nifty things.

I started eating about 80% paleo last February, and it took the spare tire right off. Have’nt wieghed in years, and I don’t have any of those goofy before and after pics like in those diet product adds: “Hear’s me before I read an artical on Lew Rockwell about eating paleo and heres me 3 months later,” but I’d say 30-40 lbs. Kicking the bread habit was a little harsh at first, but if you can kick heroin you can kick bread, no problem:)

I feel great, and the eat’n is GOOD. Think jerk chicken and eggs fried in real butter– YUM!, and nuts, all kinds of nuts (yar wucha eet), they more than make up for loss of bread.

And dig this: I didn’t even quit drinking too much beer!

Thinking about fried chicken and eggs, I realize that if I ever put on the ring of power and became mayor of this town (Knoxville, TN), I’d probably become an asshole make people raise chickens in their back yards– whether they wanted to or not, but since I listened to the feens today, I’m not going to do that 🙂

Thanks Greg! I think I’m going to recommit to eating less grains. I didn’t like what I saw on the scale today. Eggs and bacon was always my favorite meal anyway, just gotta nix the toast.
